God of Zilla: A Thirty Minute Window is an original comedy written by Atlas Alma. It’s cringe. It’s camp. There were live snakes on stage. This show follows a group of mediocre avant-garde artists as they attempt to stage an experimental interpretation of one woman’s lowest moments. It’s mainly snakes. And also Godzilla. This show is bizarro theatre at its unfortunate best.

Performing as one of the movers in God of Zilla: A Thirty Minute Window was a joyful dive into chaotic, experimental theatre for Meher. The piece embraced theatrical exaggeration and absurdity, and the process challenged her to fully commit to physical storytelling and ensemble work. With elements like live snakes and the looming presence of Godzilla, the performances felt unpredictable and alive. The experience pushed Meher to embrace creative risk and reminded her that theatre can be strange, messy, and wildly imaginative and that sometimes the boldest storytelling comes from leaning fully into the bizarre.
